Jon Ohlgren is Senior Vice President, Ranch, Vineyard & Agricultural Properties at Radius Commercial Real Estate & Investments. Ohlgren brings to Radius proven expertise in the sale and purchase of these properties in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties and has developed an extensive contact list over the years. He regularly advises clients on potential use and development of Ag-zoned properties. Prior to Radius, he was co-founder of one of the premier boutique ranch and land brokerages in the Santa Ynez Valley, helping broker over $140 Million in ranch and land sales during his tenure. His clients include numerous institutional investors, international corporations, wineries/viticulturalists, agricultural investors and private individuals.

Ohlgren received his BA and MEd from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
